  • Don't give up!!! You made the decision 3 weeks ago to be healthy, don't stop now. It takes time to see results. There are so many days I don't want to get up early and hit the gym but after I do it, I feel amazing MENTALLY! The scale is not moving for me but it doesn't mean that's a reason to quit. You can do this!

  • Thanks for the input. I get confused on good sugar and bad sugar. I've tried being healthy but do always seem to "fall off the wagon" with it.   • Okay I opened up my diary (don't judge - yesterday was obviously ridiculous and out of my usual behavior). Normally I try to keep under 1400 calories a day. I typically try to work out 4 to 5 days a week alternating between cardio and weights to get a good mixture. Any advice or input is greatly appreciated.
