Agree with all of the above, not something I'll be trying any time soon! There is only one thing that can take you to maintain a health life... And thats hard bloody work! We all worked hard to get our selves into these states its only right it takes hard work to get out!

Can't go wrong with Salter. I've had 2 digital scales from them, the first developed a problem because they got too wet but they come with a guarantee so I got them replaced straight away. I use them and track using MFP and my Wii Fit balance board to get a more accurate feel for weight loss, then pop it all in a lovely…

Pendulum are pretty good to run too... My fave being Voodoo People (remix) or blood sugar. The video to voodoo people is especially fitting as it has a load of people running a race: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BKXKWBcaV3A Also I like some classic rock so Thunder by ACDC.

Thanks everyone :bigsmile: and well done for all your triumphs too, this whole process so far has been lots of little triumphs from the 1st lbs onwards. MFP really helped me take it up a notch.

I did have a BB, I've had 3 different BBs in the last 4 years but the unavailability of decent apps made me switch to the iPhone. Never looked back since.

Opposite way for me. 12 years of burying my head in the sand, telling myself that I was happy whatever size I am = no weight loss. You have to break your perception of yourself, food, weight loss and your life. Now I feel like I have control over my body and mind, I decide when I'm hungry and what my body needs not my head…
