Good job on not smoking. It is soooo hard to do. I quit smoking back in October, with the help of the chantix medication. I did end up gaining weight, but at least I am not smoking. (Weight can always be lost). Anways, just stay motivated and focused on your goal.!!:flowerforyou:

Hi, I would like to join the July fitness goal challenge (since Valentine's day is almost here). I started at 152 pounds (Jan.8) I got down to 148 pounds. Good evening! Jan. 8th 152 pounds last week 150 pounds this morning 148 pounds My goal was to weigh 140 pounds by February 14! I don't think that I will make this one, but every little bit of progress (weight loss) helps. Total lost 4 pounds I think I now may try to weigh 145 by Valentine's day.:heart:
