Maybe it would help you to feel a little bit better if you would buy chicken or meat that comes from local farms or is at least not bred in mass farms. Makes me always feel better about eating meat. :)

I had the same problem, it was really bugging me cause I had to get up 2 or 3 times a night lol but now after 3 weeks its way better I don't have to stay up at night and even when I work I don't need extra breaks. Head up :)

I'd say if you really want to do it do it. Everything else is an excuse to not excersise. I work night shift 11pm till 7:30 am drive 45 minutes home with the bike, sleep for 4 to 5 hours and do the rest of the training before I go to work.
