My personal trainer is on a no-sugar crusade with me and what she counts as "sugar" is anything that is added (aka refined sugar). Things that occur naturally in fruit, bread, milk, etc., is ok. I quit (or have quit) when I've gotten sick as well. I lose all motivation because I don't usually exercise when I'm sick. But for me it's also any major life event that can derail me. The past few months, I've just tried to power through it. Keep up with my blog and tracking no matter what. It's helping :) Feel better!

Once a week officially. But if I had a bad weigh in that week, I'll probably do it again in the middle just to make sure I'm back on track.
