  • If you type in breastfeeding into your food tracking, a lot of options come up. I do it first thing during my breakfast tracking and it automatically adds 500 for the day. There are lots of options to pick from. I am still exclusively breastfeeding so I still do the 500. Good luck!
  • Same here. Made it through 6 weeks and then went back to work (after maternity leave) and also it killed my knees. And I was getting bored with them. I loved it while doing it but then just ran out of time. It definitely increased my speed when running and got me in great shape.

  • ^^^^ I am doing the same but with c210k. And I am in cycle 1, week 2. I usually add a little extra on YAYOG days but nothing consistently. Sometimes ab work or some short hiit training.
  • Monday, Wednesday, Saturday- run 3+ miles Tuesday, Friday, Sunday- strength training. Either YAYOG or a DVD of some sort Thursday off
  • It's only easy if you are within a certain radius of a gym for the minimum amount of time for the gps to track. I used to do it but don't belong to a gym anymore.

  • All I know I that no equipment is required. It seems similar but it assigns you what to do until you perfect it and then you move on to the next exercise. I haven't seen the regular one to compare it. When you say you eat at a deficit, does that mean you don't eat your calories back?

  • I would say maybe do 5-6 days a week. 7 is going to be difficult. And there are a few weeks, especially at the end where you run 2 miles a few times in a row and then 2.5 all three days and then the same for 2.75. I think once you get to 2.5 miles, you can get to 3 so that cuts out 2 weeks of training. I am on my last week…
  • I have a 3 month old and a 3 year old at home and have been working out on my lunch break. I get energy from working out so that helps the tiredness. Otherwise I don't have time to do anything until after 8. When I was home though, I was doing DVDs with the baby Ina swing or chair and she loved watching me.

  • I know there are push-up challenges but I would do a full arm challenge if someone found one.
  • I am in my second week of the second month. It is hard to turn it on everyday but just know how good you will feel when you are done. And you see results pretty quickly which motivates you to want even more. Good luck! You can do it!

  • I teach preschool and definitely am up and around all day...not to mention walking up 5 flights of stairs everyday with my kids and 3 blocks each way to the playground. When I return to work I will change it to the next activity level because I don't consider it a light and sedentary job.
  • I started week two this week. I have only gotten through 3 workouts though because I am also training for a 5k that is tonight. Then I should be able to continue. I love it but month two is waaaay harder than month one! Add me!!!
