Hi, I love Zumba. I had a class tonight and I was able to use my brand new Polar F6. And the total calorie burn for the 1 hour class was 698. That's pretty damn good if I say myself. What better way to burn calories and have an absolute ball!

Thanks so much for the advice. I also realized that I had the band on incorrectly. :blushing: I checked online and saw a picture of what "it should have looked like". :o) It worked well tonight for my Zumba class and I tucked it under my sports bra. :wink:

Thanks again, ladies. I will have to try that Enell bra. These girls are definitely a gift and a curse, but they are mine so I deal with them. :wink: I will let you know how the Enell bra works once I order it.

Thanks for the great advice, Ladies. FYI... I am a 36DD. And I would never let them stop me from working out. I just wear two on super high impact cardio days. :wink:

It's nothing wrong with someone being nice. You could always have one doughnut as a treat and then take the others to work. Or give them away. Congrats on 116lbs of weight loss.

Thanks for the advice BrenNew. Yes, water is the key. I am looking forward the using the site to its fullest. And the support can be the BEST thing. Since I go to the gym 5 days a week, I don't want to leave too many calories each day. I am pretty much contradicting myself if I do. I need to get a list of good for you…
