diet soda - caused migraines. That's it. Everything else I'm learning to eat in moderation or as an occasional treat.

I have to admit, I've been eating a lot of sushi lately - and still losing weight...which just shows how bad my diet was before I got serious about getting fit. I try to avoid sushi with cream cheese or lots of sauces on top. That said - it's been my replacement for eating out and fast food.

Mine is usually between 400-500. I find I'm just too hungry if eat less than this - and then I end up binging on salty or sweet snacks.

I'm doing both. I like weight watchers for the weekly weigh in and support. I like MFP because for the first time in my life I feel like I'm understanding calories, portion control, eating back calories, working out additional time if I make an interesting food choice.
