  • I think it depends on how hard you're working out, honestly. I'm doing Insanity right now, so I have to eat before starting or I feel weak. When I was doing 30DS, I never felt weak if I didn't eat before. I think your body will let you know what you need to do. Pay attention to how you feel, and listen to your body. HTH!

  • I started Insanity with my husband last Monday. It is INTENSE, but I'm already seeing results. We're following the Nutrition Guide as well. I lost 4lbs and 0.5in off my waist in just the first week. It is very high impact, but I've started looking forward to it. We're planning on doing at least 2 rounds.
  • Today is Day 4 of Insanity for me and my husband. We are following the Nutrition Guide, and in only 4 days, I've lost 3.5 pounds. It is difficult, but it has been so worth it. As hard as it is, I actually look forward to it every morning!
