  • Just like the "Good Old Days", I rest on Sunday. I go to church, enjoy a nice meal with my family, take an afternoon nap, and don't worry about excercise for the day unless it's something fun, like a leisure bike ride with the family. You need to take a day off once a week to recoup and recharge yourself.
  • Yes, you can do it! I, too, am about your height (5'5") and my starting weight was 195 lbs. I began the journey of getting my life back the beginning of April of this year.
