I totally get that, I sometimes eat junk even when I am not hungry, just because it is there I guess and is something to do. I have a very weird relationship with food!

Like the idea of making the jar last for a certain amount of time. Just to give u an idea of how sick my brain can be, my brain tells me the opposite " just eat it all and get it over with" and thats how the binge starts, I just tell myself "well since you already ate half the jar, just finish it, it won't hurt" and thats…

I go through periods where I binge eat a lot on one particular food, I do not know why I do it, but I have done it till it made me sick and tired of whatever food it was and then I get over it for months and even longer till the next binge phase comes back....

Congrats to you, I bet those testosterone did help a little bit , just admit it :-p I hope I can have the same willpower one day, I need to train myself ! Portion size is my biggest issue. I used to log my food and yes it did help at the time, I should start doing that again

And to those saying "Willpower", well if I had enough willpower, I think i wouldn't be in this situation in the first place :) It is very hard to explain, I know that I want to lose weight, be healthy, eat healthy, my brain knows that but my brain does not always carry majority rule over my tongue and my mouth and all this…
