Congrats and thank you. I was a little nervous because I just started and have lost 5lbs 4 days in. Not quite loving it yet. Need to figure out the right foods to eat in the evening so I have fuel for my workouts

Soups are good and some you can find in low sodium. Question are you not drinking water? Unfortunately, I prefer salty foods over sweets, so I drink lots of water to combat that.

I agree... Sometimes I change/swap for something I am really craving. By knowing where I stand I avoid the guilt!

Weighed in this morning at 161, I was up a pound last time I weighed in, so it feels good to have lost 2.5 pounds. Four pounds to go by Dec 31st!

I am between 5ft 6.5 and 5ft 7 depending on who is doing the measuring. I currently weigh 168 and have set a goal for 145/150.
