I make my glasses of liquid, tea, coffee, water all fit a 300ml drinking vessel (glass or cup) and just make sure i have a total of eight a day across all meals. This way I do not feel bloated.

The only opinion worth bothering with about you , is your own! When you are slim and happy you can enjoy the green eyed monster they will feel because they do not have your strength of character to stick to a healthy regime!

I'm with YoungDoc on this! The only opinion you need to worry about is your own! When you waft down the stairs glamorous and svelte-like, they will recognise they have a daughter/sister who knows her own mind and who is willing to work for what she wants! Then they will be proud of you!

You make the assumption this weight gain is food based! Might that not not just be feelings of guilt? Did you consider "wrong time of the month" or water retention (or even pregnancy?) as possible causes? Stop angsting, and review your success to date, and follow your diary when you were being successful!

Easy test: when the shell dries immediately when you lift it out of water, it is soft boiled ready for eggy soldiers. For Hard boiled, leave it in the water for a further minute. Just like me mum taught me many eaons ago!

I just buy a pack of 4 seeds (Pumpkin, Sunflower, Linseed and Sesame seeds), then empty them into my hand blender beaker and have at them with the hand blender. To store i use a plastic container, and to eat, I sprinkle 25 gms over my morning porridge. Easy Peasy and a great source of Protein.
