About a year ago, when I was on here, I would weight myself every day to "keep track" of where I was. Fast-forward to the past 2-3 weeks and I've been weighing myself maybe 2-3 times/week. BUT, my jeans (waist) are looser and I went "in" 1 notch on my belt. And guess what? My scale is about the same! SMH

Congrats on starting the P90X/TB program! A protein shake basically gives you "muscle" food after a strenuous workout. If you can't take in protein, at least replace the fluids lost during your workout. Water, sodium, electrolytes (Gatorade). That will at least give you back what you lost, immediately.
