Hey great job brother! That's a lot of hard work right there!
-
Yeah, you're good to go with a bar and plates. Work on compound movements and you'll see your physique change.

There's a ton of excellent PWO's out there. Go to examine.com and do some homework. They aren't affiliated with any supplement company. They just give you the science and let you come to your own conclusions. Oh, and always always always stay away from sups with "proprietary" blends.

I was browsing and came across this (not affiliated in any way): Medisafe Pill Reminder & Medication Tracker. Looks good and has Apple Watch complication.

Let's not be quick to judge. Did he just get a text from his wife - she said she's had enough and she's leaving? Are his father/mother in intensive care, barely hanging on? Let's have an ounce of forgiveness and (possibly) a word of encouragement for hurting people. OK, ya'll go out there and make it a GREAT day! Shine so…

At my heaviest I was about 250 lbs. Today I'm around 190 lbs, looking to drop 10-15 lbs for a six-pack (look at my mid-section and you'll understand). I lost most of my weight right after my divorce, fall 2009, and I've slowly been maintaining while defining my muscles. I'm training for a full marathon March 2014,…

Thank you! Congrats on starting your journey! I'm not qualified to give advice and my wisdom is... well... questionable? No seriously, weight loss and muscle toning happens when YOU make it happen. That means walking, running, biking, Zumba, gym, or whatever activities you find enjoyable. And of course,…

 That made me laugh!

Thanks DM! You should find those before/after pics of yourself and re-post them! I find a TON of motivation coming here and browsing the transformation pics.

Thank you, everyone. You ALL are very encouraging, inspiring and motivating. I still have a way to go on my abs but it'll happen in time. Thanks again everyone.

For "me" it's all about what I'm feeling. It's never been ONE song that does it for me but more so if the music matches my mood.

Anything that has to do with taste should really be tried out individually. I can tell you that I don't care how gels taste because I'm usually dying in the Texas heat anyways. Taste is the least of my concerns. I think I had Clif chocolate gel on Sunday night's 6.5 mile run. I thought it was OK...

Thanks Primal! Two quick questions: which full plan are you using -and- how far out is your full?

I video blog, vlog. I post my videos right after my run, swim or workout: http://miguelrunner.com Hope you like! :)

I was running in yesterday's Texas heat: 91 degrees with 53% humidity. I took water with me and, as Carson already said, I slowed down. My goal was a 10k but I only went 4.4 miles. I did a 40 min swim before my run (training for a tri) so I was already a little "spent" from the heat in the pool. One side of the road I was…

Congrats on PR! Really quick question: where OTHER runners scratching their heads looking at their chip time? If not, then it's Endomondo.
-
interesting, Liz. Do you use this? Sounds logical and straight-forward.
-
Hey Chris! The question I have is, are you looking to complete the full under a certain time -or- just looking to finish? Or somewhere in-between?

I would also like to point out the OP's dilemma: working 12-hour graveyard shifts 5 days/week. 12 hr work + 7 hrs sleep = 19 hrs. Add to that 30 mins to get to/from work, that roughly leaves the OP 4 hours/day to do all her personal business and train. I work the 3rd shift too, but only 8-hour shifts. All my training is…

Welcome Cindy! I also vote on running shoes. As far as the pain I cannot comment. One thing I did want to bring up: do you have a plan to get off the TM and start running outdoors? There is a huge difference in the two so don't get too comfy on a TM. Also, don't be surprised if your first few times outdoors you find…

Well silly me! I forgot that part of my registration for my last half was a lightweight running hat! I used it on today's run and... well... the difference is like night and day! No sweat in eyes, it all rolled off the visor as I ran! Thanks everyone! Ya'll ROCK! <3
