If your weight gain is from the beans, it is water retention from the sodium. Drink lots of water, it will flush out.

Drink lots of water throughout the day all day long. Eat lots of veggies - they fill you up! Make sure you are eating alot of protein too!

Oikos or Chobani plain non-fat with fresh fruit on top and go lean crunch - yum!:smile:
