Fill up a kiddie pool with it and dive in, put some in a large zip lock bag, place inside a pinata and give somebody an awesome surprise, fill water balloons up with it and have a food fight. :)

I like the compression type sports bras. They work really well even if they are a little hard to wrestle into.

Good luck to you! Try out different things until you find something that you really love. Go on a bike ride, shoot hoops, play football with friends, just move your body! You've got this!

I run three days a week most weeks and am planning on doing my first half marathon the 18th of next month! You can run "with" me if you want and add me if you'd like. I'm doing 30 minutes of interval work tomorrow with a 10 minute warm up and 10 minute cool down. :)

Because of low thyroid function, I can't eat a lot of soy so tofu is out but I eat lots of beans and nuts. One other thing that may be a factor is how were your clothes really fitting you before you started losing weight?
