I get the same way. I lift light-ish a couple days a week and do lots of running, so far my legs aren't bulking.

When I have it in the house I use a baby/toddler spoon instead of a big spoon...that helps.

This ma sound really crazy but I read that video games can help people with PTSD. Particularly the games where you are moving an avatar (not like Dr. Mario where you are moving peices) are helpful. They can help your subconcious learn to contol situations...if you have nightmares then it could prove most helpful.

That's pretty much what I did when I started running and then I would just keep trying to get a little farther, run a little longer. Yesterday, I ran a little over 9 miles...yeah, NINE MILES without stopping! I wouldn't have even dreamed of that a year and a half ago.

I have the same issue. Sometimes drinking a lot of water helps but on a really long run you can bet that they will be snug ('cause they are pretty lose right now) by the time that I'm done.

I use a high impact no bounce (danskin from walmart) in a size that's one size small...I have to squeeze in there but the girls stay put. I'll add that I look semi flat in my pic because that's what I'm wearing.

Have you had a "splurge day" in a while? I have heard of sooooo many people (including me) that have broke through a platue by eating a little higher for one day and having food that you aren't used to eating. Might be worth a try.

I had a major issue with chocolate for a while and I gave up all chocolate and sweets over all (I would eat a little jelly and stuff like that on occation but not cookies, cake, icecream candy, etc.) for a full week. After that I feel like I can choose to eat something because I really want it and not HAVE to eat it…

Even my smaller bath towels wrap all the way around me. Nobody looks a little sick when they see me running in my tight running clothes (other than me lol). My clothes keep growing...thank goodness I still have a lot of my pre-chunka munka clothes!

I was having the hardest time losing the weight that I gainded from my low thyroid until I got put on a 2nd Rx Cytomel which is a synthetic T3 as well as being on the Synthroid (T4). I feel like I'm back to my old self again! I'm running farther than I ever would have dreamed of before. My thyroid weight is melting off…

The only reason that you would need to go GF is if you have ciliac...if that's the case you should go 100% GF for your body to be healthy.
