My grandma knows that she is the very bestest and I would never say anything bad about her ever...she might not make me cookies any more if I did. ;)

In stead of the frozen meals, cook a bigger pasta dish with whole grain pasta and chicken, veg and whatever sauce you like to use...then portion out and freeze the left overs, way yummier, way cheeper and way healthier unless you go with super creamy pre-made sauces!

One time my grandma walked in while I was playing angry birds and hear me yelling "WHY WON'T YOU JUST DIE YOU STUPID PIG" and I know I got a killer burn when she was about to kick my butt for playing a cop killing game!

I didn't check out anybody's links but a lot of the time you can get some relief by bringing up your knee as close as you can to your chest and hold it for 20 to 30 seconds...if your balance isn't good you can do the same thing laying down. I'm not an expert but I know plenty of people that find this helpful. Good luck!

Haha, that's great. If it's the only one in there you'ld think that he would have just given it up before that point any way with what he had been working.

That's the kind that I meant but you could probably replace them with a scoop of protein powder instead. ;)

I get that kind of muscle in my legs too...it drives me nuts when people say that women can't bulk up. Some of us just have thicker muscle even without trying.

Maybe try eating a couple snacks in there and cutting your meal cals back just a little. How much weight have you gained and when did it start? Water can cause quite a bit of scale frustration!

Broccoli, spinich, romane, apples as well as prune juice (I like using plum smart for my kiddos) to name just a few. Also, try going for a nice walk or jog. That is known to get things moving! Good luck, feel better. Also there is an over the counter med called Senicot (I have no idea how to spell it) that helps. It won't…

I love my aisics and I need to get a new pair soon...I too will be cutting back somewhere else to get them but it's better than being out for injuries.

I might do the run to stay warm half marathon in November...It rains a lot here and I want to see how I do running longer distances in the rain before I decide for sure.

No real hints other than just keep focused and don't give up. Don't expect anything over night. Slow and steady, you know. 2 kiddos (c-sections)

Next time she does that then say something like "I know your joking and all but I still feel bad when you say those things. I know that we have different weightloss approaches and it would be great if we can just congratulate each other on our hard work, even if we're going about it different ways."

I don't get angry often but when I am I workout hard. Actually one time, my ex did something earlier in the day that had me seeing red big time! When I got to the dojo later that evening for a private lesson, the guy I was working with got the brunt of it. I was working a takedown combination and he got slammed hard over…

One bad choice doesn't ruin your diet, your week or even your day. Thinking that a bog of chips or a fast food meal or a giant bowl of icecream ruined you is what will ruin your hard work. Instead, thinking of it as just something to deal with and then making a better choice at your next opprotunity will get you to your…

I have just gotten to the point of not feeling like I should say I'm sorry to everybody that sees me in my very tight running clothes. Just do what you gotta do. Turn your music up and forget about everybody else!
