But not as insanely under-estimated as entering 1 calorie. Recovery period between sets is built into the algorithm and noted burn is significantly lower during those periods. VO2max is determined beforehand; perhaps expended calories may not be entirely accurate, but having used the device for 3 years I was able to…

Polar FT80 is a HRM designed for weight training and even tells you when to start your next set based on current HR. Session yesterday burned 802 calories in an 83 minute period, peak HR was 173bpm... considerably more than 1 calorie!

I've tried loads and I'd instantly recommend Dymatize ISO 100. No carbs or fat at all, tastes great, mixes very easily with no lumps, and is great for dieting. Bio synergy also make a zero carb and fat powder but it's not as good as the Dymatize one in my opinion. Edit : By the way I'm also from the UK.

Displacement is allegedly the best way, calipers also do a good job and you can now get digital calipers too. I use fancy scales... but as far as I'm concerned the trick is to use the same method each time. I'm not sure how accurate my scales are, they could be off by 5% or 10%, but if I see an improvement each time I use…

This is a terrible book! It's very poorly written (originally a Twilight fan fiction if I understand correctly). The characters are paper thin and aren't believable at all; Christian Grey is a 26 year old chief executive who just happens to be a billionaire, with his own helicopter and jet. In his spare time he is trying…
