I quit drinking diet pop (for the most part) a few months ago, and I didn't lose a single pound because of it. I was so bummed. I am now trying to not drink it at all because of all the studies that are coming out. I am still so mad that I didn't lose a single pound. Lots of other people I know have lost when they stopped…

I agree with No More Trouble Zones by Jillian. It's longer than 30DS and much harder I think. Every time I do it it kicks my behind. It's tough but great!

I agree, either water aerobics, swimming or walking. Just keep moving.

I burn between 200 - 500. 500 on Plyometrics but only 200 on Chest & Back or Shoulders and Arms. I burned 320 the other day with Legs and Back. Depends on the person and how much weight you use and how high your heart rate gets during the workout.

I am doing a P90X/running hybrid right now. It's pretty much P90X on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, and then run on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Sometimes I switch out running for spinning if my knees are hurting. You can switch it up anyway you want. Good luck!!

That is so heartbreaking...I am so very sorry for your loss. We are all here to listen any time you need to vent. Take care of yourself and your husband. I know you will get through this, but it will definitely take a while to feel better than you do right now. I will keep you and your husband in my thoughts and prayers.

I am 5-7 and weigh 140. I am either a 4 or 6 depending on the pants, but most of them are 4's. I don't wear 5's because odd numbers are junior sizes and don't fit a woman with hips very well. :-)
