I'm 5ft 7.5inches and my goal is 130-135. I was there a few years ago and that's the weight I like to be at. My lowest adult weight was 128 and that was a little too low (in my husband's point of view...lol).

I'm from Minnesota, about a half hour south of the Twin Cities. I work part time at the local YMCA so that I can get a free membership. It helps in the winter here!!

If I don't run before Body Pump and get my heart rate up, I usually burn less than 300 calories, but you definitely should burn more than 90! I am 5-7 and weigh 138. But I do find that I burn way more calories if I run before hand...sometimes up to 500!!

5-7, 138 and I usually wear a 4, sometimes a 6 depending on the jean.

I have tried every kind of exercise, but only when I started running did my thighs get smaller, tighter, and the best they have EVER been. Mix up other cardio with running and weights and you should see a change! Good luck!

That happens a lot to me. People ask me for advice and when I give it to them, they don't take it and then make excuses why they don't have time to exercise, eat right, etc. Then the same people try to get me to eat horrible things. They are just jealous that we had the will power and motivation to do it and they can't…

At my gym the sauna is right off the pool, so you have to wear some kind of clothes. It's not in our locker room. I wish we could go in naked, but the kids swimming probably shouldn't see us through the glass door. LOL

Do it! I love it! You won't get bulky legs unless you do tons of weights. I love Body Pump. It's a total body workout in an hour. Very efficient!!

That's probably close. I burn almost as much doing a fast walk on an incline as I do jogging, per my heart rate monitor. It's a great work out!!
