I used to have that problem too. What really helped me out was to eat big portions of foods that are very low in calories like salads and fruits. That way you feel like you are eating a lot of food, but still keeping your calories low.

I saw this on a cooking show and tried it. It really does taste like ice cream. Try it with a few mini chocolate chips or peanut buter chips...delicious!

Sounds good! I'm going to try this. Have you ever tried mixing box cake mix with plain greek yogurt? It works really well.
