Hi Stephanie! Awesome job on losing 50 lbs!!! My goal weight is 140 as well, but have a long ways to go! I just started on here, but want to be tenacious and deditcated to logging in every day and doing some type of fitness every day. I am currently working on Couch to 5K! Best of luck to you!
