Hey , Im 4'11 i eat about 1000 /1200 cals a day , i jump rope for 1h a day ( some days im just too lazy or have exams so i skip that) and )+ cardio 4 times a week + gymnastics class 2h a week ( horizontal bar)

I can't stand pork i only eat chiken , lamb , fish I also do not like rice and pasta and cheese of all kinds , mango is the only thing i hate in the fruit&veggie category ( they're so expensive in my country)
