Thanks guys for all the feedback! I will try 5-10 minutes of warming up and see if I'm able to increase my mileage.

Currently 5' 9" small/medium framed and at 144 lb. I would like to be in better physical shape and feel that if I work out more to the point where my body is more toned that I will be at around 135lb. We'll see how that goes.

1. 220/240 Minutes of Cardio 2. 0/200 Stairs 3. 225/250 Sit Ups 4. 30/60 minutes of Pilates/Yoga/Stretching/Swimming Lunges are pretty bothersome for my hips so I'm replacing it with stair climbing. Almost finished for this week!

Hi my name is Mary and I'm at my 20 pound mark too! While my eating is under control I've been really struggling with my fitness so I'm looking forward to having challenges to help me get closer to my goal.

SW: 140 W1: 140 W2: 140 I am so incredibly frustrated with this plateau that has now plagued me for over a month now. I'm generally eating better than ever, steadily exercising and drinking enough water to fill a bathtub daily. Please send positive weightloss vibes in my direction I could certainly use them!

SW:140 W1:140 Nothing lost :( I've been eating and working out daily to a deficit but am seeing 0 results other than a faster mph on my afternoon runs. Frustrated but not giving up.

I have a shirt that say's "Don't stop til you get enough" as in the Michale Jackson song! Seems to work for me.
