  • You can do it! I'm in the same boat ..starting again, but I'm not getting any younger and want to be healthier going into my forties!
  • I log mine before I take my first bite, so that way I know exactly what I'm eating, it's there in front of me. If I am planning a special occassion, I will log that meal in at the start of the day...or if I pack a salad or something, I'll log that at the beginning of the day as well.

  • I have to agree with the Greek Yogurt advice. Fage is my favorite. It's a tad higher in calories, but because of the higher fiber it really ties me over until my next meal. I eat it everyday.
