Be sure you stretch your calves before and after also try massaging the muscles in the front and back of your legs. Be sure to stay hydrated and take rests

I know exactly how you feel i had a week where i was really depressed and didnt care. I was lucky that i didnt gain any weight i have to figure out how to cope as well. Ive tried it before but i cant do it lol its a texture thing. I cant eat the skins on apple peaches or plums. I like to freeze peaches and plums then take a veggie peeler and then i get a wonderful frozen treat

Well i dont but there are times when i go once a day for a few days and i feel great then i get backed up again. Im not sure why but i know i feel better when i can go lol i have to figure out what works for my body but i want to get a clean start haha

Because I've tried eating the leafy greens and taking a fiber supplement and it hasnt worked. I am know where near regular and am lucky to go once every few days. So i know i have waste backed up and i think i would feel better if i could get it out.
