Walk an extra 15 minutes just walking around, that should get you another 1,000-1,500 steps if you're walking quickly

I got a fitbit flex yesterday. I love it. You can take it with you in the shower. I lost my fitbit Ultra(a version older than the fitbit one), it fell off my pants while I was at work... so that's one reason I no longer like the clip on trackers. Nice, that's great everyone! One thing I love about the fitbit, it syncs with myfitnesspal. Its a great way to manage Calories in, and calories out! It gives me so much more motivation that not having it.

This is getting easier. I did some exercises yesterday even though it was rest day. :) I still can't do a push-up and I won't try yet. But I will keep doing modified push-ups and making it harder for myself till I can do a real push up
