Sure. Friend me, as you wish. I'm 62, weighed 220 lbs this time last year. This morning I was 185. Would like to stay at this weight, get my blood glucose level down and avoid insulin injections.

I jogged/ran 5 days a week for 24 years when I wore a green uniform.
