she know's what's up. also try walking outside every chance you get, do you have a ipod/mp3 player. walking and music is therapeutic and burns calories for those little ice cream treats you enjoy. :smile:

same song and dance for me. I have about 35-40 before i hit my 2nd goal. all i can say is cleaner eating is a huge issue for me. grab n go stuff is my worst enemy.

i really like spinach, kale, and broccoli sauteed with olive oil.. and a little bit of lemon juice/salt/pepper. not in a blender with fruit.

i eat real food. it's the best kind.. not that plastic shet my 1 year old niece tries to feed me from her play kitchen.. Real food is how I got to 227 lbs... and how I lost 15 of it in the past 2 months... you just got to eat the right " real food" .. whatever that may be in your mindset. my diary is open.
