I feel like getting out and walking/doing something active when i'm stressed out helps a ton.. even if its just around the block. being outside for me personally works wonders. weather it's running/walking/hiking is a huuuge stress reliever. if your childless go alone.. if you have kids.. take them in a stroller.

uhhhh Lucky Charms is hands down my favorite late night snack cereal.. or if I'm doing cheap, I'll go with the generic marshmallow mateys!!

If you want an Butt.. you can work for it. its called Squats. try doing a squat challenge. Cardio will only help your weight come off but you will gave very little muscle/shape from it, in the long run. if you have a gym membership or any type of weights at home... squatting with weights will give you results in the long…

OP and anyone else ... with the cardio you did/ still currently do, do you lift weights? and with eating 1200 calories a day, do you eat back your calories burned? are you happy with your body composition?
