^^^^ greaaat advice. and DO NOT use mfp/gym machines calorie burned guides. i got a polar ft4 heart rate monitor.... the machines have been anywhere to 80-150 calories higher than my heart rate monitor. invest in one.. amazon.com you can get one reasonable. best decision i made in months regarding my fitness.

awesome job lady. pcos is no fun... especially in the weight loss field.. I have it too. When i keep my processed carbs under control.. eat healthy fats/lots of protein the pounds seem to move!!!

yea.. I'm trying to stay away from gas station snacks/ the bakery sweets. those are my weaknesses. the only person I am really hurting is myself, so hiding food makes me feel even worse, or keeping a large bag of m&ms in my room for netflix is not good.. and self sabotage is my biggest issue. is it the scale your worried about or the way your clothes fit/ the way you look? do you lift /do strength training? take these into consideration and see what you look like in a month or 2...

not sure how you lost the 17 lbs.. but when I and others lift/do strength training I've noticed a huge difference in my shape personally.. I'm smaller/ inches lost then I was 2 months ago and still weigh more than I did back then. have you taken any measurements? this is something to be doing every month or so...

yes, weekend tracking needs to start occurring. I just feel like its pointless at times food wise.
