Even though sharing my before pictures is embarrassing I have to show the bad to show the good:)
so here is my journey so far
for 246lbs -166lbs
size 22 jeans now size 8!!!
I still struggle everyday with an addiction to food but with the help of good friends, healthy food and some working out I am getting there!
