Hi! I'm 5'2" and would like to be 118-120. I'm currently 127. My highest weight ever was 132, sometime last year. Lowest I've been recently was 124, but that was with barely eating anything, lol.

Agreed on the yogurt! Chobani non-fat is tasty and usually 14 grams of protein. Eggs (I like the "4 grain" vegetarian or cage-free brand) And I love the morningstar farms "sausage" patties. 10 grams of protein each. Tofu and tempeh. The only protein powder that doesn't bother my stomach is the Isagenix brand. I get the vanilla flavored one. It is whey but doesn't give me trouble at all!

I was a saint on easter but had half a chocolate bar yesterday. doh! (It was purely emotional eating) Undoing that today, worked out this morning, a yummy salad with tofu for lunch!
