  • Take it one day at a time. I started on July 1st and to date have lost 23 #'s. It's an every day life style change. The key I've found is measuring my food and getting some form of exercise daily even if it's just a walk around the block. Stay strong!!!
  • I have set 1200 as my target each day and so far it hasn't been bad. Went over one day by 60 cals. I was tol I'm pre-diabetic and Dr. told me to lose 10# by Sept or I have to go on meds. I'm doing everything i can to prevent the meds. I'm down 6# in two weeks. Dr. wants me to lose a total of 60# so I have a long road ahead…
