I'm down! I started about 2 weeks ago (I think!) and don't really know what I'm doing. I'm starting to feel my head spin from all the different "advice" on the boards... I started at 200 and am trying to get down to 145, but I'll reevaluate once I'm there.

I have 2 goals, sort of. My "goal" is 145, which is how much I weighed before I put on 55 pounds. That's my low-end goal. My high-end goal is 125, but I'm planning on adjusting that depending on how I look and feel, and after talking to my doctor about my body fat percentage.
