Don't count the coffee as water and don't count creamer against my calories. Coffee is neutral...... life has to be worth living.

Body Fortress at Wal-Mart. 140 Calories per scoop and I get the Vanilla. Drink it in ice cold water or mix it in Pancakes or Oatmeal.
