Yes, when I was at my smallest I didn't appreciate it. I focused on my flaws and stressed myself out. This time, I am not going to treat myself like the enemy. Instead, I'm going to be proud of the strong and focused woman I'm becoming.

Which video are you going to do? I have the 5 mile fat burning walk where you walk fast for ten minutes and jog for two. Since I complete the five miles in 62 minutes, I log it as walking 4.5 mph which is considered a brisk pace.

you may want to try gelato because it often has less sugar than regular ice cream.

I think sugar alcohol is actually worse than straight sugar because your body has a harder time breaking it down.

I think fitting in exercise where you can will work fine. Everytime you start moving, you're going to bump up your metabolism. Plus, it will help your mental focus. Good job for making time for yourself! :smile:

Start eating oatmeal. You exercise so much your body needs that kind of complex carb. You also need to make sure you're not drinking your calories. You don't want to waste them. Good luck! :smile:

I'm watching my sugar too. Maybe you could switch what kinds of fruit you eat. Grapefruit and granny apples aren't bad. If you eat your fruit earlier in the day it shouldn't impact your weight loss.
