@2013allen I hear you about wanting to get a new set of numbers. I dipped briefly into the 40s before my weight bounced back into the 50s. I'm very active too and consistent weight loss comes down to being very focused for a very long period of time. I took part of in a six week challenge where I committed to not eating…

5'2 SW:195 Last Week:154.5 CW:154 I'm happy with any loss.

My Friday is starting out overcast. We are dealing with potential Tropical Storm fallout. I feel bad for Florida and my friends back in in South Carolina. This is not the fun three day weekend everyone wanted. :( @ProCoffeenator Have you tried soaking in an Epsom Salt bath? That can usually take the edge off. I hope you…

Thank you @Mersie1 I wish you the same!

@Cyndi146 Congrats on fitting into your shorts, proving the scale doesn't always know what it's talking about! 5'2 SW - 195 CW - 154.5 I'm just jumping in on this thread, so I will report loss next Wednesday.

@ProCoffeenator I'm on day 9 of restarting Keto and I have been hitting the sodium hard, so I haven't suffered any leg cramps. Be friends with salt today and I'm sure you'll feel better. I'm hoping I don't have any WTF moments today, but if I do I'll think of you!

@tifnicole16 Just remember, most bounces on the scale come from water weight. Stick to your food plan and it will come back off. Hugs!

@kimbo8435 Great job refocusing! Monster cookies were one of my favorite treats as a kid, so I can see how easy it would be to rationalize having one. I hope you see the 40s in the next few days!

@narak_lol Your advice makes a lot of sense. Just eating maintenance is a lot less calories then I eat when I'm not "trying", so not drastically cutting calories in the beginning is smart.

Congratulations! You look fantastic!!

I have found that red meat wakes me up. If my protein is low, I'm tired. Eat steak or bun free burger and I perk right up.

Happy Monday! I read through this thread over the weekend and found it very inspiring! I'm on the fifth day of a restart and it's going well so far. My carbs are landing in the thirties, but I do a lot of cardio, so I think it should be fine until I get closer to goal. I discovered two nights ago that adding extra veggies…

Congratulations! What did you do differently this time?

I'm reading that book now. It's interesting.

Feel free to add me! The more support the better. I'm 37 and a Navy wife.

Nope, sorry. I'm is South Carolina. I've never lived in Utah. I hope you like it!

Great job, yayane89! I'm glad you brought this thread back to life! I"m 5'2 and would like to hit 115 before the year is out!

Wow! Fantastic transformation! You look wonderful!

Keto is supposed to cut down on inflammation in the body, so you should feel less joint pain. It's a great benefit in addition to weight loss! :)
-
I would add nuts to your food plan. They are calorie dense and nutritious.
-
I like to see the same number three days in a row before I record it. Congrats on your loss!
-
My fitness goal revolves around being consistent with my workouts and getting at least five completed each week.

Happy New Year!

Hi, Erin! I hope you're having a Merry Christmas! I'm a navy wife stationed in Goose Creek/Charleston SC. Take care! Anna

You seem to be over on your carbs a lot. If you're very sensitive to them, you may need to be below 20 a day to see results.
-
It looks like you're consistently over on your carbs. Because you don't have a lot to lose, you may need to be very strict and get your total carbs under 20/day. Don't give up!
