I don't have a scale that does that. Instead, I bought a Omron Fat Loss Monitor. It seems to work well. I will add you as a friend! :)

I'm so sorry for your painful experience! I can't imagine being on a low potassium diet. A lot of healthy foods are high in potassium. I love sweet potatoes and they are loaded with it. I'm a coffee drinker too, so I feel your pain.

I'm 5'2 and aiming for 115. Since you're two inches shorter than me, I would think you could be healthy weighing 105. I would just wait and see how you feel once you get closer to your goal. Congrats on your loss so far!

I've had similar issues. We ended up skypeing on the nights when I didn't have to work the next day. We also emailed a lot and I attached a new photo to each email and that really helped him feel better. Good luck!

I've just been reading up on yogurt and how people who eat it lose fat quicker, especially around the stomach. You may want to eat half as much cereal as normal and add a yogurt.
