usually just reading the calorie count on the box is enough, i went to pick up a donut the other day but when i went to get it out the box it said 320 cals, my whole lunch was only 350 that day! If you really cant resist could you mayb just cut it in half/have a very small portion/taster? lots of people i work with do this…

If your happy with 1500 then stick with it, you will still loose just not as fast as you would at 1300. Mine is set at 1300 also but I struggle to stick to it so usually go up to about 1500/1600. Have lost nearly 4 kg in last 3 months, not a huge loss but its still a loss and i have not given up yet

800 calories per day will not sustain all this activity even 1200 per day is incredibly low with that much activity daily. This is really not a good idea

the school i work in checks the childrens lunches and if they are really full of rubbish and junk then a note is sent home to the parents and includes suggestions for healthier alternatives. Yes wheat will make you fat, but so will lettuce. if you eat more calories than you burn then you put on weight whether these calories come from wheat, chocolate, friend chicken or even lettuce. If you want eat then eat wheat but just work it in to your daily calorie goals.

every year my mum gives up chocolate for lent and drops weight from it. Im thinking of trying lent this year but for me giving up chocolate isnt really a challenge, im thinking of giving up crisps as I crave them all the time and sometime eat like 3 packs in a day.
