  • That would be my problem too! Maybe I will just choose "around the world"! I think this is a GREAT motivational idea! Thanks for sharing it!
  • I don't know about the MFP blogs, but if you make a blogger blog (blogger.com) I know you can set it up to email the pics from your phone to the blog.
  • I don't like exercising. I have a treadmill in the basement I walk on while I watch TV and I actually have a board I put across the arms so I can use my laptop while I walk too. Sugar-I love candy. Planning. If I have a meal planned out and ready to go everything is great. If I don't we order pizza or go out.
  • Slow frustrates me too. Right now even losing 20 pounds doesn't seem all that great. BUT the thing I have to keep telling myself is that it is more important to make good habits and lifestyle changes than it is to see the number on the scale go down. The first time I lost a significant amount of weight it was doing…
  • My name is Glenda, I am (almost) 32 years old and live in Utah. I have been married 8 1/2 years and have 3 kids (5, 3 and 1). I just recently hit (for the second time ever) my highest (non-pregnant) weight of 226 and would like to get down to at least 135, although if I still feel good losing I will try to hit 125 (I am…
  • I agree. The Enells are pricey but DEFINITELY worth it. As far as the sizing I wear a 38G and have a size 3 I wear on the biggest hooks that fits great. If you go the enell website there is a sizing section. http://enell.com/get-fit
  • Feel free to add me-I am looking for more friends also! I have gained 40 pounds since May of last year and need to kick in gear this year!
  • I am doing mine on a treadmill. I did the first day last night and did the walking at about 3.5-3.7 and the running at 4.3, on a 1% incline (forgot to change it before I started but it wasn't too bad so I think I will leave it at that). I just put the speed at whatever felt ok as I was going.
  • I am pretty beginner. I think this program is made for people who are very beginner and you will probably be surprised how much you can do when you start (I remember thinking the first couple weeks were easy the last time I tried it and that was starting from no exercise-it does get harder though). Worrying about going…
  • I think I am going to try to mix in some kettlebell workouts or maybe some strength training dvds I have. However I usually am not very consistent about working out so I may try to just start with the c25k for a couple of weeks rather than go overboard and burn myself out....
  • Hi guys! Hope you don't mind if I join in. My name is Glenda, I am 31 yrs old. I have started C25K twice before. The first time I got to week 6 and hurt my ankle jumping off my treadmill while it was going (bad idea!), the second time I made it to week three before I just quit. I hate running with a passion, but if I am…
