I am the same way. Every spring/summer I maintain or lose, every fall I put some weight back on. I know it is a combination of pumpkin treat overdose (and of course, soon the holidays) and moving less. I'm determined not to do either of those things this year.

I'm another lover of ChLean Extreme! I'm on my second round now. I love the heavy lifting and lost over all 18" last time. I have fewer inches to lose now so I'm certainly not expecting the same results with the second round but I feel it is a great program.

I'm doing my second round too! I lost about 18" overall with my first round and am hoping round 2 gets me to my size/weight goal. I actually started round 2 in August but injured myself playing softball and had to stop. I guess I'm on take 2 of round 2 now!

I restarted my second round on Monday. :) I'll send you a friend request. I completed my first round of ChaLean in July and started a second round in August, but sprained my ankle playing softball. Now I'm good to try it again!

My overhang has improved a lot with weight loss and weight lifting, but it is still there. Has anyone used the bands for the program? I'm heading out on a 3 week vacation so taking my weights with me is a little impractical. I just hope I can get as good of a workout done with the bands as weights. Or at least enough to keep me going until I'm home and ready to pick up the iron again.

I'm on week two of LEAN and really feel every workout! I was mad that Donna was the only one left from the first two phases too. She annoys me. I normally try to match my weight to Janelle's and now she's gone, replaced by a stranger. :(

I think you'll love it! After working on my fitness for about a year, I knew I was ready for something more "extreme" and really wanted to start lifting heavy. ChaLean fit the bill! Well, I can't say definitively yet because I am about a week from finishing up Burn and have not yet done measurements or another round of progress pictures, but I don't see a lot of difference when I look in the mirror. Yesterday was the start of week 2 of the Burn phase for me. I love it so much so far! I feel great after each workout, though I feel a bit like I lack the coordination to do her Burn Intervals video very well. Maybe as I learn the routine better I'll feel less like a stumbling fool. :)
