I am ashamed to say that yesterday I went way over my calories for the first time since joining MFP a little under a month ago. As much as I did not want to see how far over my calories I went (Peanut M&M's, you are evil...), I logged everthing. Today, however, I am back on track!

Are you sure it is from not eating? Many times if you are dehydrated you will get a headache as well. Also, if you are cutting caffeine or sugar out (or drastically reducing) of your diet, you may get bad headaches. If this is the case, give it a week or two and it should get better.

I am down 16 pounds (I had lost a few pounds before joining MFP) and people are just now noticing. And they notice different things. I feel like I can see a bit of a difference in my stomach, my hubby says he can clearly see it in my arms, my mom says she can tell in my face, etc.

Good plan! I have been thinking about holiday eating a lot lately & trying to figure out what I am going to eat, what I am not going to eat, etc. Having a plan and sticking to it is the main thing. It is easier said than done when the yummy treat table isn't right in front of me, though!
