Very Tired today, cause work schedule was a wreck this week, 3 hours of sleep last night. But after work this afternoon, i pushed myself to go swim,,,i needed it, and it was great no yelling kids. You can eat a really good meal after the gym, the key is to have more protein in what you eat right after working out. Something like chicken breast and maybe a spinach salad. both high in protein and low on calories

Hot tea helps with hunger between juicing. No decaf though, cause of the chemicals they use to make it decaf. If caf. is an issue with tea,,,,steep it a few times to help lower the content. Ok, I don't think i'm ready to do 10 days, I did a really good 4 days. I will try again at a later time. I feel good, and i thank that to juicing for the last 4 days and juicing as a supplement.
