If you dont mind having it in a slice of bread instead of a bun, Sara lee makes a 45 calorie slice of bread that tastes great. I sometimes use this for a hamburger instead of a bun.

and I agree, dont try to start off with 35 grams of fiber right off the bat. Gradually work you way up.

Try consuming at least 35 grams of fiber a day. This helps me fill full. Im real big in fiber one products and almonds.
