I understand being busy and not eating when suppost to and over eating when you really are hungry................ 1600 calories sounds good for me... Just everyday is not possible for my consumption. I would love to I don't know if I have the will power though. Maybe 1750 calories sounds more possible. I like to eat and it's my hobby.

The satisfaction I get when I go to the store and can fit in regular clothes. Size 16P but it's more normal than size 24 close when nothing fits and have to go to speciality stores.

I work the night shift and it's hard not to eat when I come home. I usually do well until I start rummaging through the cabinets or see the ice cream in freezer. Then I feel guilty and do it all over again. I can lose weight through working it's just when I come home I go Bonkers!

I think it was a gaining week for me too. My chapter did well overall and most people lost. Just got to stick with the program and do better next week!

I lost a pound last week. Don't know about Labor Day week think I might have to pay the fines. But I had a great Labor Day so it's worth it!

I understand about being under 200 would be a great accomplishment. On my scale is way up there to 206 but at TOPS its 203. So I like TOPS scale much better.
