I'd like Halloween candy to go away, or at least be icky. 🎃 We have a bucket of candy in our office. I had 4 pieces today which is a great accomplishment given my past history. Progress is Progress.

@deepwoodslady I understand the struggle of wanting/craving sweets...it's horrible. My husband bought double salted black licorice when he was sick...it's a Dutch thing. Lol. While it has medicinal components, it kills my sweet tooth.

Did not weigh in today, waiting until Sunday. I love reading everyone's posts, it's a great feeling knowing I'm not alone in the struggle. Ate pretty well today but didn't drink enough water. So happy to be home after 3 days away. Conferences are great, until you have no choice over 2 of your meals each day. I packed healthy snacks and did my best to stay on point...until I didn't. 🤦♀️. Not that great of a day today. At a work conference and couldn't resist the dessert at lunch. Dinner wasn't great either. Tomorrow is a new day.

Me: 3 LNS: 0 Left home this afternoon to attend a conference 3 hours away, did very well not snacking while driving. It is such a habit to have a bag of snacks as my travel companion.

As a new member to the group, I feel honored to read people's stories, their struggles. I think what sometimes makes this all so overwhelming is that we feel so alone. We are not alone.

I'm in! I gat at least 10K steps a day but using the treadmill or elliptical. I like and need accountability and motivation.
