hardboiled egg, string cheese or 1 oz (weighed/measured) nuts, fresh fruit. I eat in the car weekdays so I do wash it down with coffee (gotta have a little sugar, this is a deal breaker) and lots of water. I find that this lasts me until lunch and I can get by with less food at lunch and dinner.

I know that here in Eastern Washington state there is one CRNA program at Gonzaga University. The requirements are that you have the BSN and the critical care experience, so you may be able to skip the MSN step or get that degree along with the CRNA designation.
